Transformational times call for transformative powers.

VaryLab started in Peckham in 2020, born from a desire to push each other to experiment and make things properly. Screen printing, precision embroidery, small-scale production, and experimenting with excess fabrics quickly turned into a practice of turning quality textiles, deadstock, off-cuts, and discarded materials into limited-edition clothing and accessories. Every piece carries the mark of the hand that made it.

The studio doesn’t follow theory or trends. Everything is built on open-source knowledge, reverse-engineering, and learning through making. Every step is understood, every process questioned. Curiosity fuels the work, passion drives it, and decisions are guided by practicality and durability.

Since 2022, VaryLab has grown around a DIY culture that values community and sustainability. Waste is not waste — it’s material with a second life. Every project experiments with process and material, giving discarded textiles new form, function, and story. Balance between functionality, creativity, and transparency shapes every decision, with as much focus on making and experimenting as on the final product.

VaryLab works with whoever shares the same energy: individuals, independent labels, community projects, and international clients. Print and embroidery, workshops, pop-ups, and R&D keep the studio alive. Hand processes, innovation, and community collide in every project. VaryLab isn’t about rapid expansion — it’s about thoughtful, organic growth. Make work and worth what's worn weekly.
